Privacy Policy
Version 1.0
Effective date: July 23, 2026
1. Who We Are
Tendle is an app made and operated by Inner Dialogue LLC (“Inner Dialogue,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information collected through the Tendle coming-soon website and waitlist.
You can reach us at:

2. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the Tendle coming-soon website, the waitlist signup and email-confirmation process, and the waitlist, early-access, and launch emails we send. It does not cover the full Tendle application. Before the app collects additional categories of personal information, we will publish an updated or separate privacy policy describing those practices.
3. Information We Collect
A. Information you provide. When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address. Providing it is voluntary, but we cannot add you to the waitlist without it. Please do not submit sensitive personal, financial, or health information, government identification numbers, passwords, or anything else the form does not request.
B. Signup and subscription records. We may keep records connected with your signup and communication preferences, such as the date, time, and source of your submission; the consent language and version of this Privacy Policy in effect when you signed up; whether and when you confirmed your email address; and your subscription, delivery, bounce, complaint, and unsubscribe status. We use these records to administer the waitlist, manage consent, honor unsubscribe requests, prevent abuse, and comply with applicable law.
C. Website analytics. We use Framer’s built-in analytics to understand, in aggregate, how visitors use the website — for example, visitor counts, page views, referring sources, approximate country, and device, browser, and operating system categories. Framer’s built-in analytics does not use cookies or persistent visitor identifiers. Framer may process a visitor’s IP address and user-agent information using a daily rotating process to calculate unique visitor statistics; we receive aggregated or anonymized reports rather than profiles of individual visitors.
D. Technical and security information. Framer and its infrastructure providers may process limited technical information — such as IP address, user-agent and device characteristics, network information, verification tokens, and spam or abuse signals — as necessary to host the website, process form submissions, protect against malicious traffic, prevent fraud and abuse, and diagnose technical problems.
E. Email delivery information. We use Zoho Campaigns to maintain the waitlist and send waitlist, early-access, launch, and closely related product emails. Zoho Campaigns may process your email address and your subscription, confirmation, delivery, bounce, complaint, unsubscribe, and suppression status. Email-open tracking and ordinary link-click tracking are disabled, so we do not intentionally collect information about whether you opened a campaign email or clicked an ordinary link in it. Links used to confirm a subscription, unsubscribe, or manage preferences necessarily record that the requested action occurred.
4. How We Use Personal Information
We use personal information to process waitlist signups and confirmations; maintain and administer the waitlist; send waitlist, early-access, launch, and closely related Tendle product emails; respond to inquiries and privacy requests; honor unsubscribe requests and maintain suppression records; detect and prevent invalid, fraudulent, automated, or abusive activity; secure, operate, and troubleshoot the website; understand aggregate website traffic; maintain records of consent and compliance; comply with applicable law; and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
We will not use your waitlist email address for unrelated advertising, third-party marketing, or a materially different purpose without providing appropriate notice and obtaining additional consent where required.
5. How We Disclose Personal Information
We disclose personal information only as described in this Privacy Policy:
Service providers. Framer (website hosting, form processing, analytics, and security) and Zoho Campaigns (waitlist storage, email sending, and subscription management), along with technical infrastructure or integration providers used solely to support the processing of waitlist submissions. These providers may process personal information only as necessary to provide services to us.
Professional advisers. Attorneys, accountants, auditors, insurers, and similar advisers when reasonably necessary for them to provide services to us.
Legal and safety. When we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to comply with applicable law or legal process, respond to a lawful government request, protect the rights, safety, or security of Inner Dialogue LLC, our users, or others, investigate suspected fraud, abuse, or security incidents, or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Business transactions. If Inner Dialogue LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, personal information may be disclosed as part of that transaction. Any recipient will be required to handle it consistently with this Privacy Policy unless you are provided with legally required notice of materially different practices.
We do not sell or rent waitlist personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, use it for targeted advertising, or provide the waitlist to third parties for their own marketing.
6. Where Personal Information Is Processed
Inner Dialogue LLC is located in the United States. Framer, Zoho Campaigns, and their service providers may process information in the United States and in other countries where they maintain operations.
7. How Long We Retain Personal Information
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy — generally, until you unsubscribe, we honor a verified deletion request, or we determine that a waitlist record is no longer needed. We may delete invalid, inactive, fraudulent, or undeliverable addresses sooner.
After you unsubscribe, we may retain a minimal suppression record so that your address is not accidentally added back to marketing communications. We may also retain limited records of consent, confirmation, unsubscribe requests, complaints, and privacy requests for the period reasonably necessary to demonstrate compliance and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. Information deleted from active systems may remain temporarily in backups until those backups are overwritten through their ordinary retention cycles.
8. Email Communications and Your Choices
We send waitlist and Tendle product emails only to people who have signed up and completed any applicable email-confirmation step. Every promotional email will contain an unsubscribe mechanism. When you unsubscribe, we will stop sending promotional messages to that address, the address will be placed on a suppression list, and we will process the request promptly and within the period required by applicable law. Unsubscribing does not prevent us from responding to an inquiry, privacy request, or other communication that you initiate.
9. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, to opt out of marketing communications, and to withdraw consent. To make a request, email privacy@tendleapp.com with the subject line “Privacy Request” and identify the email address associated with the waitlist. We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity before completing a request, and we will respond within the period required by applicable law.
Certain rights are subject to legal limitations — for example, we may retain information necessary to honor an unsubscribe request, protect security and prevent fraud, comply with law, or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
10. Cookies and Tracking
In its current configuration, the website does not use non-essential cookies, advertising cookies, tracking pixels, cross-site behavioral tracking, or persistent visitor identifiers, and Framer’s built-in analytics does not use cookies. Because the website does not engage in cross-site tracking, it does not respond differently to browser Do Not Track signals. If we later introduce non-essential cookies or tracking technologies, we will update this Privacy Policy and obtain consent where required before activating them.
11. Children’s Privacy
The website and waitlist are intended for people who are at least 16 years old and are not directed to children. Anyone under 16 should not submit an email address through the waitlist form. If we learn that we collected personal information from a person under 16 without appropriate authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
12. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including limiting the information we collect, restricting access, and using reputable service providers. No website or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when our practices, services, providers, or legal obligations change. When we do, we will post the updated version on the website and revise the version number and effective date above. If a change materially affects how we use personal information, we will provide additional notice, and if a new use requires consent, we will request it before beginning that use.
